CRNA Applicant Pack
Build an application a committee can't put down.
You know you want to be a CRNA. What you don't have is a target, and nobody hands you one.
Most applicants lose years to this. They collect CCRN hours because the requirement says so, shadow once, apply to schools everybody applies to, and write a letter that sounds like every other letter. Then they're rejected and told nothing useful about why.
This AI walks the whole pipeline with you, in order, one decision at a time.
It starts with the letter
Not the personal statement. The letter to yourself, where you write down exactly what kind of CRNA you intend to be and why. Every decision after that gets measured against it. Candidates who skip this step end up with a resume that satisfies a checklist and a letter that convinces no one.
The 24-month map
Working backward from the application date you want, the AI builds the sequence of what has to happen when: the CCRN timeline, competence record entries, shadowing, the school shortlist, and the interview. You see the whole board instead of running one requirement at a time and discovering a gap three months before the deadline.
The competence record
A structure for capturing the cases, skills, and conversations that prove you actually did the work. Most candidates can't answer "tell me about a time you managed a crisis" in specifics because they never wrote it down. You will.
The filter and the school shortlist
The filter is your criteria for a school, decided before you talk to a recruiter. Then a shortlist built against it, with cost of attendance, clinical site variety, first-time board pass rates, and attrition, not the ranking you found on a forum.
The interview
Practice where the AI plays the interviewer, pushes on weak answers, and tells you plainly where the answer fell apart.
What it won't do
It won't write your essay. It won't pretend a school is a good fit because it's near your family. It won't tell you that you're ready when you aren't. When your hours are thin or your story isn't landing, it says so and points at what to fix.
Applicants who do well here are the ones who wanted the honest answer. If you'd rather be encouraged, this isn't built for that.

What this is
This is a course you can talk to.
The lessons are here, and you can read them like any course. But the AI has read all of them too. When something doesn't click, ask. When you're not sure how it applies to you, ask. It answers from Bill Teskey's material, not from the internet. It's like hiring Bill Teskey as a coach, without paying thousands of dollars for it.
I just started in the ICU. Where do I start?
CRNA Applicant Pack
Good question. Here's what Bill Teskey teaches about that, and how it fits what you're doing.
This is how learning works now. You don't watch and forget. You ask, you get an answer for your situation, and you use it. That's what makes it stick.
What you can ask
- I just started in the ICU. Where do I start?
- Write my letter to my future self. Interview me, don't write it for me.
- Set up my CCRN tracker and my 24-month timeline.
- My charge nurse says CRNA school is a waste of time. Help me with that.

Questions
Is this the same as a CRNA school consultant?
A consultant reviews your materials once and sets expectations for how often you can email them. This works with you on the whole sequence, as often as you need, and it holds the context of everything you've already decided.
What if I'm two years out from applying?
Good. That's when this is most useful. You have time to fix gaps that are expensive to fix late, like thin ICU variety or a competence record with nothing in it.
Can it tell me which schools will accept me?
No, and it won't pretend to. It helps you build the shortlist against your own criteria and get a realistic read on what each program asks for.
Does it know current board pass rates and tuition?
It directs you to the official sources and the school's own published data rather than quoting numbers from memory. Numbers in this field change every year.
What if I disagree with its read on my application?
Say so. Pushback is part of the process. It will show you the reasoning and let you argue with it.
Refunds?
If it isn't for you, ask within 14 days for a full refund. The expectation is the same as anywhere else that does real work: tell me what didn't help and the refund is straightforward.
